Product Eligibility
At Car Gadgets UAE, we take full responsibility for ensuring that every product reaches you in its original, undamaged condition. You may return a product for a free replacement (or refund, where applicable) if it is:
- Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
- Faulty or defective
- Broken or physically damaged upon delivery
You are eligible for a free replacement at no additional cost. Please note that, in order to keep our products affordable with free UAE-wide delivery and Cash on Delivery, we are currently unable to accept returns for change of mind or no-longer-needed reasons. Only items that arrive incorrect, faulty, or damaged are eligible for return.

Our support team will review your case — in many instances, issues can be resolved with simple usage guidance provided by our team. If our team confirms that the product is genuinely faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a free pickup return as follows:
Step 2 — Return the Item
Pickup & ReplaceWe will schedule a free pickup of the returned item from your location within 5–7 working days. Please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories ready for the courier pickup. A replacement will be provided upon collection. |
Step 3 — Receive Your Replacement or Refund
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will either dispatch a free replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, process a refund as outlined below.
