Refund & Replacement Policy

We are committed to delivering a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for every customer across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah. This policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for processing replacements and refunds. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.


Replacement Eligibility

Product Eligibility

At Car Gadgets UAE, we take full responsibility for ensuring that every product reaches you in its original, undamaged condition. If you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
  • Faulty or defective
  • Broken or physically damaged upon delivery

You are eligible for a free replacement at no additional cost.

Timeframe

Car Gadgets UAE will process all replacement requests raised within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Within 7 Days

Replacement request raised within 7 days of delivery will be processed completely free of charge.

⏳ After 7 Days

Requests raised after 7 days but within 30 days may have certain applicable charges for the replacement process.


Replacement Process

Step 1 — Initiate Your Request

To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support team and share a clear video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product within the eligible timeframe. Our support team will review your case — in many instances, issues can be resolved with simple usage guidance provided by our team. If our team confirms that the product is genuinely faulty or incorrect, we will proceed with one of the following two options:

Option A — Ship Back & Replace

Ship the faulty or incorrect product back in its original packaging (box and all accessories) to our warehouse:

Within 5 working days of receiving the product, your replacement will be dispatched free of charge.

Option B — Pickup & Replace

We will schedule a replacement pickup from your location within 14 working days.

Please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories ready for the courier pickup. A replacement will be provided upon collection.

⚠️ Please Note: Replacements are not offered for "change of mind" purchases. Only products confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for replacement.


Refund Policy

Car Gadgets UAE currently does not offer a cash refund policy. All eligible cases will be handled through our replacement process as outlined above.
