If our team confirms that the product is genuinely faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a free pickup return as follows:

We will schedule a free pickup of the returned item from your location within 5–7 working days.

Please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories ready for the courier pickup. A replacement will be provided upon collection.

Step 3 — Receive Your Replacement or Refund

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will either dispatch a free replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, process a refund as outlined below.
