If our team confirms that the product is genuinely faulty or incorrect, we will proceed with one of the following two options:

Option A — Ship Back & Replace

Ship the faulty or incorrect product back in its original packaging (box and all accessories) to our warehouse:

Within 5 working days of receiving the product, your replacement will be dispatched free of charge.

Option B — Pickup & Replace

We will schedule a replacement pickup from your location within 14 working days.

Please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories ready for the courier pickup. A replacement will be provided upon collection.
