- Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
- Faulty or defective
- Broken or physically damaged upon delivery
You are eligible for a free replacement at no additional cost.
Timeframe
Car Gadgets UAE will process all replacement requests raised within 30 days of delivery.

Replacement Process
Step 1 — Initiate Your Request
To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support team and share a clear video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product within the eligible timeframe. Our support team will review your case — in many instances, issues can be resolved with simple usage guidance provided by our team. If our team confirms that the product is genuinely faulty or incorrect, we will proceed with one of the following two options:
Option A — Ship Back & ReplaceShip the faulty or incorrect product back in its original packaging (box and all accessories) to our warehouse: Within 5 working days of receiving the product, your replacement will be dispatched free of charge. |
Option B — Pickup & ReplaceWe will schedule a replacement pickup from your location within 14 working days. Please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories ready for the courier pickup. A replacement will be provided upon collection. |
⚠️ Please Note: Replacements are not offered for "change of mind" purchases. Only products confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for replacement.
Refund Policy
Our primary resolution for eligible cases is a free replacement as outlined above. However, in exceptional circumstances where a replacement cannot be fulfilled — such as the product being permanently out of stock — Car Gadgets UAE will issue a full refund via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation, with no restocking fees.
