Return & Replacement Eligibility

Product Eligibility

At Car Gadgets UAE, we take full responsibility for ensuring that every product reaches you in its original, undamaged condition. You may return a product for a free replacement (or refund, where applicable) if it is:

• Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
• Faulty or defective
• Broken or physically damaged upon delivery

You are eligible for a free replacement at no additional cost. Please note that, in order to keep our products affordable with free UAE-wide delivery and Cash on Delivery, we are currently unable to accept returns for change of mind or no-longer-needed reasons. Only items that arrive incorrect, faulty, or damaged are eligible for return.

Timeframe

Car Gadgets UAE accepts return and replacement requests raised within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

Step 1 — Initiate Your Request

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email and share a clear video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product within the eligible timeframe. Our support team will review your case — in many instances, issues can be resolved with simple usage guidance provided by our team. If our team confirms that the product is genuinely faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a free pickup return as follows:

Step 3 — Receive Your Replacement or Refund

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will either dispatch a free replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, process a refund as outlined below.

⚠️ Please Note: Returns are not accepted for "change of mind" purchases. Only products confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Our primary resolution for eligible returns is a free replacement as outlined above. However, in exceptional circumstances where a replacement cannot be fulfilled — such as the product being permanently out of stock — Car Gadgets UAE will issue a full refund via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirming your returned item, with no restocking fees.

Applicable Regions

This return, refund, and replacement policy applies to all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
